The back section of this pool deck was sinking 3 inches and creating a tripping hazard. It had even created a large gap between the sections of concrete. 

Our crew lifted it back into place and filled the large gap with concrete. 

This pool deck had multiple cracks in it and uneven surfaces.  After the crew lifted it with Polylevel and sealed the cracks, you can barely see that there was ever any cracks! 

This Investor has many rental properties and this particular property had a major tripping hazard walking up to the front door. 

The investor wanted a very economical fix that also provided a warranty. Our crew lifted the sidewalk in half a day and the investor

was able to reduce his liability on the property. 

This homeowner was concerned and tired of the "earthy" smell coming from her crawlspace and getting into her home.

Now her home smells fresher and is more energy efficient.
