What made you choose our company:

I could have gone with a local company that used pillars that would be pushed into the earth until they stopped, very likely nowhere near the bedrock. Then, as the soil moved, they would move as well requiring them to be redone every few years. Instead, I chose to to with Legacy Supportworks who has a proprietary system that guarantees a PERMANENT fix and they go all the way to the bedrock. They take their time using a probe to measure exactly levels of the foundation to the hundredth of an inch. They even have a proprietary foam that they use to feather raise areas of the interior parts of the foundation, it solidifies harder than concrete. If that weren't enough to convince you to use them, the lifetime warranty is transferable to the next buyer if you sell your house. The icing on the cake is that the price they quote you is the price you pay even if they get into the job and realize additional work needs to be done, it's done at their cost because they are experts in their field and do such a great job measuring the house. They are patient and friendly and are responsive the any questions or concerns you have. The owners are actively involved in the company, not figureheads that sit in their cushy house and pull in money. Don't let the fact that the cost is higher than other companies, live with the comfort knowing you got a quality, lifetime repair.
